烹调油是人体必需脂肪酸和维生素E的重要来源,但是摄入过多脂肪会增加肥胖、糖尿病、高血压、血脂异常等慢性病的发病风险。因此,应有意识地减少烹调油摄入量,每天最好不超过25-30克。 “减油”小妙招: 1.使用控油壶,每天做饭用油定量; 2.优先选用少油的烹调方法,如蒸煮炖; 3.少吃油炸食品。
