根据《深圳市发展住房租赁市场中央财政专项资金管理办法》（深建规〔2021〕8号，以下简称《管理办法》）等有关规定，我市发展住房租赁市场中央财政专项资金（以下简称专项资金）2021年度企业补助项目已完成申报、审核，审核通过的项目公示、专项资金发放等相关程序，专项资金已使用完毕。根据《管理办法》第十九条第三款规定，现将2021年度企业补助项目资金实际支出情况予以公开。 附件：2021年度企业补助项目资金支出情况表深圳市住房和建设局2023年2月21日
