为推动项目按期建设，2023年2月2日上午，大鹏新区住房和建设局对白石岗片区城市更新单元贡献用地公共住房项目开展常态化巡查工作。 白石岗片区城市更新单元贡献用地公共住房项目位于葵新社区金业南路南侧、葵鹏路北侧，总用地面积0.56万㎡，总建筑面积4.28万㎡，计容积建筑面积2.82万㎡，预计建设房源约472套，其中35㎡一房132套，65㎡两房340套。 经现场巡查，白石岗片区城市更新单元贡献用地公共住房项目进展顺利，实际进度符合计划进度安排。目前，白石岗片区城市更新单元贡献用地公共住房项目地下室施工完成100%，正在进行主体工程施工。在巡查过程中，建设单位表示，其将在保证施工安全的前提下，保质保量推进该项目建设，为新区人才提供高质量公共住房。
