各有关单位： 为贯彻深圳市人民政府办公厅《关于印发加快推进建筑信息模型（BIM）技术应用的实施意见（试行）的通知》(深府办函〔2021〕103号)文件要求，规范全市各领域建设工程信息模型文件归档和移交，我局组织编制了《深圳市建设工程信息模型归档指引（试行）》。 现予以印发，请遵照执行。各单位在执行过程中存在的问题请迳向市城建档案馆反馈。 特此通知。 附件：深圳市建设工程信息模型归档指引（试行）深圳市住房和建设局2023年1月27日
