This notice temporarily suspends the restriction on non-Shenzhen license plate vehicles during the Spring Festival period from January 1 to February 5, 2023, allowing all non-Shenzhen small passenger vehicles to operate citywide at all hours. Normal restrictions resume on February 6, 2023.

为方便深圳市民出行，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第三十九条的规定，我局决定对我市早晚高峰期间非本市核发机动车号牌载客汽车在全市范围行驶路线和区域进行调整，现通告如下： 一、2023年1月1日至2023年2月5日期间（腊月初十至正月十五），暂停执行限外措施，期间允许所有非深圳号牌小型载客汽车在深圳全市全时段通行。2月6日起，恢复原定限外措施。 二、本通告自2023年1月1日至2023年2月5日施行。 特此通告。 深圳市公安局交通警察局 2022年12月23日
