自收到《深圳市龙华区2021年度国有土地使用权出让收支情况审计报告》，我局高度重视，对涉及我局问题进行了认真整改，现将相关情况公示如下： 一、未及时处置超批准面积使用的违规行为整改情况。超批准面积使用的临时用地项目违规超建部分已拆除处置完毕。 二、临时用地合同未及时备案整改情况。已按规定将合同录入广东省土地管理与决策支持系统进行备案。深圳市龙华区规划土地监察局2022年11月16日
