11月9日，市观澜河流域管理中心党支部到市龙岗河坪山河流域管理中心党支部开展交流学习，强化基层党组织建设,推动党建业务双融双促。 双方党支部首先调研了龙岗河碧道示范段、三洲田水库茶溪谷管养情况，随后在会议室观看了龙岗坪山河流域管理中心党建、业务宣传片并开展座谈，就深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神、习近平生态文明思想、绿色发展理念进行了讨论，党员代表就流域水污染治理、碧道建设、生态保护、水文化宣传等工作进行了深入交流。 大家一致认为，此次交流共建,促进了党建和业务的“双提升”。双方党支部希望后续进一步深化党建交流机制，实现党建与业务共融、共建、共享。（市观澜河流域管理）
