各相关单位： 根据《农产品进口关税配额管理暂行办法》（商务部 国家发展和改革委员会令 2003 年第 4 号），国家发展改革委发布了2022年第8号公告（以下简称《公告》，详见附件1），明确了2023年粮食、棉花进口关税配额申请条件和分配细则。为有序组织我市农产品进口关税配额最终用户的申请，现将《公告》予以转发，请认真遵照执行。 2023年农产品进口关税配额申请材料由企业于10月15日至10月30日通过国际贸易“单一窗口”粮食进口配额管理系统（中国国际贸易单一窗口网站-全部应用-标准版应用-进口配额-粮食进口关税配额）线上填写并提交。逾期不再接收。 关于2023年粮食、棉花进口关税配额申请事宜，如有具体问题可电话咨询0755-88125762。 附件：国家发展改革委2022年第8号公告 深圳市发展和改革委员会 2022年10月12日
