Enforcement Action Against Use of Out-of-Province Training Vehicles for Driving Test Practice

This document reports a targeted enforcement action by Shenzhen transport authorities, who intercepted and penalized the illegal use of out-of-province training vehicles for driving test practice under the assumption of lax nighttime inspections.
