4日下午，全国政协十四届四次会议在北京人民大会堂开幕。市政协组织干部职工集中收看开幕会，聆听全国政协常委会工作报告，第一时间学习领会会议精神。市政协主席葛承书参加集中收看并讲话。 收看过程中，大家认真记录、悉心领会，一致认为报告对过去一年的工作总结系统全面、亮点突出，对今年的工作部署科学具体、清晰明确，对当前和今后做好政协工作具有很强的指导意义。 葛承书指出，要把学习宣传贯彻全国政协十四届四次会议精神作为重要政治任务，结合我市发展实际和市政协年度协商计划，主动从全国政协会议精神中汲取智慧和力量，将新思想、新观点、新举措吸收融入到市政协各项履职工作中来，特别是要进一步加强界别工作，更好发挥界别在政协履职中的独特优势，为全力建设产业强市和美揭阳，加快打造粤东高质量发展新增长极贡献智慧和力量。 市政协副主席林春霖、陈奇春、吴少珍、陈锐彬、柯东风，秘书长李丽曼参加集中收看。
