2022年7月，新区一般公共预算收入累计完成136,092万元，扣除留抵退税因素后同口径增长11.96%，按自然口径计算下降1.30%；一般公共财政预算支出累计完成434,175万元，增长7.04%。 注：上述“同口径”，是将去年和今年同期新老政策增值税留抵退税返加回收入计算的同口径增长率，以更贴近经济财政运行实际情况。
