各设区市应急管理局，平潭综合实验区综合执法与应急管理局，厅机关各处室、各直属事业单位：
根据《福建省行政机关规范性文件备案审查办法》（福建省政府令219号）要求，省应急厅对涉及民营经济等行政规范性文件进行清理，宣布失效的行政规范性文件2件。现将清理结果予以公布，自通知下发之日起执行。
