《福建省文化市场综合执法行政处罚裁量基准（2024年版）》及适用说明已经我厅办公会议（厅务会）审议通过，现予印发，自2024年8月12日起施行，有效期5年，原《福建省文化市场综合执法行政处罚裁量基准（2022年版）》同时废止。
