热浪蒸腾，当大多数人在室内躲避烈日时，一群穿着厚重绝缘服的电力工人正悬在高空，与烈日和高压电“贴身较量”。
7月30日下午两点，在鞍山市铁西区10千伏铁东线作业现场，绝缘斗臂车缓缓升起，将两名“全副武装”的电力工人送至高空作业点。他们要在不停电的情况下，对重载线路进行接点测温与隐患排查。阳光直射下，地表温度已超40℃，而他们包裹在密不透风的绝缘服里。
为应对夏季高温带来的用电激增，国网辽宁电力公司启动迎峰度夏保供电专项行动。不同于以往的“被动抢修”，如今更强调“主动运维”。针对重载线路，不仅缩短了红外检测的轮检周期，还依托变电站内的新一代监控系统，对变电设备进行24小时不间断的“数字体检”。很多设备隐患，在数据异常波动时就能被系统提前锁定并告警，真正做到了“把故障消灭在萌芽状态”。
为确保全省电力供应“底气”足，国网辽宁电力公司密切跟踪电煤库存和供需平衡，督导红沿河核电做好冷源保障。同时，让梯级水电“灵活起跑”，储能资源统一调度，尽最大努力让清洁能源成为夏日保供的“生力军”。针对可能出现的极端天气，火电机组日内调启、投油顶峰等应急预案也已编制就绪，随时准备应对突发状况。
