港澳台地区肯德基和必胜客出售交易进入下一轮。《晚点 LatePost》独家获悉，百胜中国未进入第二轮买家名单。
怡和餐饮在中国港澳台和其他亚洲地区经营肯德基和必胜客门店，及香港披萨品牌 PHD，总门店数超 1000 家。去年 7 月，怡和控股启动出售怡和餐饮集团。根据 Mergermarket 报道，竞购方对怡和餐饮估值约 5 亿美元。
除了百胜中国，第一轮竞购方还有凯雷（已收购肯德基韩国、日本）、统一集团（台湾餐饮集团）、EQT（瑞典私募股权机构）。（文丨董慧）
